Returns and Refunds Policy
For Audio and Audiobook Download and Playback Issues
If you’ve downloaded audio from the downloads sections and the audio won’t play, please try to fix your audio device issues or download audio again. All product purchases have a 5 download limit for such cases.
All audio is in MP3 format and should work universally on all media players made on planet Earth.
For Audiobooks purchased and downloaded from Logos of Experience and Truth, an M4B audiobook player is required to listen to the audiobook as is clearly stated in the product description for each of the audiobooks listed in the Shop.
For further assistance, please review the following instructions to access and listen:
- Audiobooks are in M4B format, 128kbps, and require M4B audiobook player that can be easily downloaded from the Google Play Store.
- I tested it on several different ones for Android, the one I liked the most is Smart Audiobook Player since ‘next’ track buttons worked, it had bookmarking and remembered my spot capabilities and showed cover image instead of a blank page.
- After download and installation of player, set root directory as one of the files from your phone that appear in the menu. Then move downloaded audiobook file from File Manager on phone into root directory that was set on player.
- Only downside is next track buttons didn’t seem to work through Bluetooth in car or through headset and only work directly from app.
- I assume it will work fine on iTunes since I checked on an old Quicktime player for Windows. Track buttons didn’t work, but chapter dropdowns did.

Refund Availability For All Audio Downloads, Single Episode or Complete Episode Products and Audiobooks
Depending on your specific situation, you may be able to return a single podcast episode audio purchase, collection of podcast episode audio purchase, premium content collection of episode audio purchase and audiobook purchases within 7 days of purchase in the USA, 10-14 days per specific International Countries, as long as you haven’t downloaded the audio, which is being tracked at the Logos of Experience and Truth website per individual user login and IP address.
Once you download the audio, you can’t cancel your order for a refund unless it doesn’t work properly, which is highly unlikely considering the universality of the MP3 audio format and will require a snapshot of the audio file not working at minimum. If technical issues still persist, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase pending approval of audio not working.
If you ask for a refund on any audio file purchases and the refund is approved, all access to further audio downloads will be removed from your library/account/downloads and you will no longer be able to listen to or access further downloads.
Refund availability for all ebooks
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase in the USA, 10-14 days per specific International Countries, as long as you haven’t downloaded the ebook, which is being tracked at the Logos of Experience and Truth website per individual user login and IP address.
If the e-book doesn’t work, please troubleshoot your device, device settings, e-reader apps (for EPUB and MOBI book downloads) and settings before requesting a refund. Due to the universality of the PDF file format, it is highly unlikely the issue is on the Logos of Experience and Truth side and refunds will require a snapshot of ebook not working at minimum. If technical issues still persist, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase pending approval of ebook not working.
If you ask for a refund on an e-book and the refund is approved, the e-book will be removed from your library/account/downloads and you will no longer be able to read or access further downloads.
Refund Availability For Logos of Experience and Truth Subscriptions
If you signed up for a Membership subscription and if within 7 days in the USA, 10-14 days per specific International Countries, you have not downloaded any audio files, audiobooks, or transcripts in any format and have not logged in and accessed the Members only sections of the website, you may request a refund of the initial payment and cancel the Membership.
Once the subscription payments to your Membership starts, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-MONTH. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your Subscription until the end of the monthly billing cycle. You can’t get a refund for any monthly payments you’ve already made. If you don’t want to subscribe any more, you can cancel your subscription at any time within your My Account section here.
Please note that you must cancel your Subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s Subscription Fee. If you obtained your Subscription through a Subscription Provider other than the Logos of Experience and Truth (i.e. Paypal), you may need to cancel your Subscription directly with the Subscription Provider you chose at checkout.
